Psychotherapy for adults in Texas

Emily Young, LPC-Associate Supervised by Audrey Omenson, LPC-S

I help adults navigate difficult seasons in life, including changes in health, loss, relationships, identity and other transitions.

Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and feel more grounded in yourself as you move forward.

My approach is relational and emotion-focused, with an emphasis on understanding the ways our experiences and relationships shape us over time. We'll work together to better understand what you're feeling, notice patterns as they emerge, and develop a greater sense of self-understanding.

My professional background includes neurorehabilitation and community health settings, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice. I have particular experience supporting people navigating chronic health conditions, pain, disability, and significant changes in functioning and identity.

Virtual therapy available to anyone in the state of Texas
