Often, we’ll begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to discuss what you're experiencing and see if we might be a good fit for working together. If you feel comfortable, we’ll schedule an initial session.

• I am currently out-of-network, meaning I do not directly accept insurance.

• Payment options include debit/credit card payments, Zelle, cash, and check.
