About Me

My style...
is compassionate, supportive, and collaborative. I value authenticity and humor in the therapeutic process and believe in creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach also emphasizes adaptability, meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you move toward your goals.
I use...
a blend of therapeutic approaches to meet each client where they are. My approach includes traditional talk therapy, often incorporating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with a focus on identifying emotions and using skills such as mindfulness and self-compassion to navigate distress and build emotional resilience.
I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which emphasizes identifying personal values and taking meaningful action toward a fulfilling life, even in the presence of difficult emotions.
Additionally, I incorporate parts work, which helps us increase our understanding of ourselves by recognizing and integrating different aspects of our identity and inner experiences.
Beyond traditional talk therapy, I integrate somatic components, movement, creative expression and activity, drawing from my background in Recreational Therapy. I believe that engaging in exploration, play, and physical movement can enhance self-awareness, regulation, and overall well-being. Whether through breathwork, sensory-based practices, or interactive experiences, I tailor techniques to support each client's unique needs, making therapy an engaging and dynamic process.
